Due to a high volume of shipments, it may take longer than usual to process your refund. All items received at our facility have been processed as of 8/8 and we're continuing to work in order by the date it was received. We appreciate your patience as we process your returns as quickly as possible.

Return Label Service

When using the return label service, $6.00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your return. Return label service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or any shipments outside of the conterminous U.S.. Please read our return policy in full before sending back your products to avoid any delays or issues.
  1. Include a copy of your shipping notice, order confirmation, or packing slip.
  2. Affix the label to the outside carton.
  3. Find the closest FedEx drop off location here at or take it to any USPS location.
