Refund policy
Our hope is that you are thrilled with your purchase. If, however, it isn’t everything you’d hoped it to be, you can return it for a full refund at any Peltz Shoes location or ship it back to us. Just a few things to remember:

We must receive the merchandise within 30 days of the order date (when you placed the order).

It must be in unworn condition in the original shoe box (the one it came in).

The original box must be untaped and unmarred (in good shape).

You must put the original box in another carton or poly bag (to protect it during shipping). This can be a new or previously used box or bag.

For mailed returns, a $7.95 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label.

Returns made in-store are free of charge.

If your return is denied, you’ll be notified. You must arrange prepaid return shipping for the item within 60 days of our notification. Items not claimed within this period may be discarded.
