Our hope is that you are thrilled with your purchase. If, however, it isn’t everything
you’d hoped it to be, you can return it for a full refund at any Peltz Shoes location
or ship it back to us. Just a few things to remember:

  • We must receive the merchandise within 30 days of order date
    (when you placed the order)
  • It must be in unworn condition in the original shoe box (the one it came in)
  • The original box must be untaped and unmarred (in good shape)
  • You must put the original box in another carton or poly bag (to protect it during shipping). This can be a new or previously used box or bag
  • All denied returns must have the return shipping prepaid within 120 days of Peltz Shoes receiving the non-refundable item.

It's simple! Just visit our return center to start your return. We will need the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number + shipping zip code. No order slip required! Once you complete the return, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, which will be to your email.

Returns and Exchanges are completely free to you. Please note that we do not cover the cost to our neighboring places Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All charges are at the return shippers discretion.

If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside the 90-day return window, please contact for hands-on assistance.

As long as the shoes and shoebox are protected from damage in-transit, you can use any packaging you like.

If you received an incorrect item, feel free to call our Customer Care team for assistance or start an exchange in our Returns Center. After starting your exchange, select 'received wrong item' under 'reason for return', and proceed through the exchange. Your preferred item will ship to you within 24-48 hours.
