Reserve Online

  1. Pick your product size and width then click find in-store to see availability for each store (if available).
  2. Click reserve next to the location you want to reserve your product(s) at.
  3. Fill out your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number and click reserve.
  4. We'll send you an email and/or phone call when your shoes are reserved.

Pickup & Try-on

  1. Wait for the email or phone call that notifies you that your shoe is reserved at the counter.
  2. You may print the email or display it to a sales associate on your mobile device.
  3. When you arrive to the Peltz location go to the front desk and display your pickup verification.
  4. That's it! Try on your shoes for a perfect fit before you buy!

Please Note:

Your items will be held for 24 hours after you receive the reserved notification. If you have not picked up your order after 24 hours your item(s) will be restocked.

Returns

Our hope is that you are thrilled with your purchase. If, however, it isn’t everything
you’d hoped it to be, you can return it for a full refund at any Peltz Shoes location
or ship it back to us. Just a few things to remember:

  • We must receive the merchandise within 30 days of order date
    (when you placed the order)
  • It must be in unworn condition in the original shoe box (the one it came in)
  • The original box must be untaped and unmarred (in good shape)
  • You must put the original box in another carton or poly bag (to protect it during shipping). This can be a new or previously used box or bag
  • All denied returns must have the return shipping prepaid within 120 days of Peltz Shoes receiving the non-refundable item.

It's simple! Just visit our return center to start your return. We will need the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number + shipping zip code. No order slip required! Once you complete the return, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, which will be to your email.

Returns and Exchanges are completely free to you.

If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside the 90-day return window, please contact sales@peltzshoes.com for hands-on assistance.

As long as the shoes and shoebox are protected from damage in-transit, you can use any packaging you like.

If you received an incorrect item, feel free to call our Customer Care team for assistance or start an exchange in our Returns Center. After starting your exchange, select 'received wrong item' under 'reason for return', and proceed through the exchange. Your preferred item will ship to you within 24-48 hours.

Not your style? Visit our returns center and click the "Returning a gift" link below the email entry box. Enter your order number and your email to initiate the return. Don't worry, your gifter won't be notified of the return!

Of course! You're welcome to return your item at any of our retail locations. Find the nearest Peltz Shoes store here, and one of our Fit Specialists will help you find your new product!

Please submit a return request on Amazon for returns and refunds where they will provide you with a prepaid label.

  • Go to Your orders to display your recent orders.
  • Choose the order and select Return.
  • Submit return request. The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund.
  • Select your preferred return method.
  • Print your return label and return authorization. Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
  • Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.

Please be advised that the selected reason for the return could possibly result in an extra fee per Amazons new guidelines. Peltz Shoes will not be held liable for any fees associated with the label created outside of Amazon.
