A: Our goal is absolute customer satisfaction. This is why we offer quality, name brand shoes in hard to find sizes and widths at great prices. We have been providing sizes, service, savings and selection for our customers since 1957.

A: We are required by law to collect sales tax for states in which we have a legal obligation to do so. The appropriate sales and use tax will be added to your merchandise total as required by statute.

A: Our entire product line is online; a physical catalog is not available at this time.

A: We process orders daily. You can expect your shipment in 3 to 10 business days. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an updated ETA .

A: Yes. We ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via Priority Mail. For more information about shipping, click here.
Q: What do you charge for stardard shipping on an order?
A: All orders over $40 ship for free. Orders under $40 ship for $5.00 Economy (7-10 Business Days). UPS Ground (3-5 Business Days) is $7.50. 2nd Day Air is $9.99 and each additional pair is $5.00. For more information about shipping charges, click here.
