If you call after hours, please leave a message with our answering service and we will return your call the next business day.

If the item you order is out of stock and will be delayed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date, unless you inform us otherwise.

Returns

Peltz Famous Brand Shoes will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for a refund only, when received by us within thirty (30) days of original shipping receipt to you. We no longer are able to handle exchanges, please re-place the order with the shoes you wish to purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box  with a copy of your order confirmation, sales receipt or packing slip. Shoe box must be shipped back with an outside carton. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund when printing a return label.

Please do not tape up the shoe box to mail the product back to us, there will be a $20 restocking fee per shoe box mailed without an outside carton.

Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. If the return is sent back in unacceptable, non re-saleable, condition for a refund we are not responsible for return shipping. Freight must be prepaid within 120 days of us receiving the denied return to be shipped back to you.
