ships via United Parcel Service ground, insured service to any United States address or by United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Our shipping charges are as follows:

Free US Ground Shipping on Orders Over $69.99

UPS Ground or USPS, Priority Mail

$6.99 for the first pair, $2.00 additional pairs on the same order.

** UPS 2nd day air $14.99 for the first pair, $6.00 additional pairs on the same order

** Second day delivery may not be available on all items. If you need a product right away, please call 1-877-347-4949 between 9AM - 5PM Eastern time to check availability and to place your order. If you call after hours, please leave a message with our answering service and we will return your call the next business day.

To Canada

Via US Airmail is US $25.00 for the first pair and $5.00 for each additional pair. The Customer is responsible for all Customs duties.

Outside the U.S. and Canada

US Airmail is US $39.50 for the first pair and $8.00 per additional pair on the same order. The customer is responsible for all applicable Customs duties.

If the item you order is out of stock and will be delayed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date, unless you inform us otherwise.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Peltz. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns (sorry, we no longer accept exchanges) under the following conditions:

  1. Must be within thirty (30) days after date received.
  2. All items must be in the original, unworn, re-salable condition.
  3. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
  4. If merchandise is sent back as a return in unacceptable, or non-resalable condition we are not responsible for return shipping.
  5. Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box with a copy of your shipping notice, order confirmation, or packing slip.
  6. (There will be a $20 restocking fee per shoe box that's been taped, labeled or damaged when sent without an outer carton.)
  7. Freight must be prepaid within 120 days of Peltz receiving the denied non-refundable item to be shipped back to you.
  8. Peltz does not offer exchanges, instead please place a new order.


Return Label Service:


We offer a return label service for you to print out at home and save the hassle! Simply attach your return label to your package and give it to your local UPS carrier or drop box. When using the return label service $5.00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your return. Return label service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territory shipments.

  1. Include a copy of your shipping notice, order confirmation, or packing slip.

  3. Attach the label to the outside carton
  4. Give your package to your local postal carrier
