Q: How long has Peltz Shoes been in business...can I have more information about your company?A:Our goal is absolute customer satisfaction. This is why we offer quality, name brand shoes in hard to find sizes and widths at great prices.We have been providing sizes, service, savings and selection to our customers since 1957.
Q: Where are your retail stores located?
A: Peltz currently has four store locations in Florida. From our home page click the link at the top that says "Store Locations" for more information.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Yes, our site is very secure. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
Q:Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A:We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Florida.
Q: I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
A: We will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for refund, when received by us within twenty-one (21) days of original shipping date to you. Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box with a copy of your order confirmation, sales receipt or packing slip. Shoe Box must Be shipped back with an outside carton. Please Do NOT tape up the shoe box to mail the product back to us.
Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Peltz Famous Brand ShoesFreight must be prepaid, and the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Our entire product line is online; we do not have a physical catalog at this time.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: We ship via United Parcel Service ground, insured service to any United States address or by United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. We process orders daily and usually you can expect your shipment in 3 to 10 business days. If the item you have purchased is on a backorder we will notify you right away.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Second day and Next day Delivery may not be available on all items. If you need a product right away, please call 1-877-347-4949 between 9AM - 5PM Eastern time to check availability and to place your order. If you call after hours, please leave a message with our answering service and we will return your call the next business day. Additional charges will apply for 2day and next day air.
Q:Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A:Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via Priority Mail.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: For all orders shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses we charge $6.99 for the first pair and $2.00 for each additional pair. In some cases we offer promos for free shipping on certain brands.
Q: What is the status of my order ?

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact our Customer service department at 1-877-347-4949 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
